Yes. You can give me the relevant info as and when it suits you on email. However, if you feel a call or video call would help, we can arrange that.

I will have three sources of info: the information you give me; my prior general reading and any research I need to undertake. Combined with my years of writing experience, this will help me craft a speech that informs and entertains.
