  1. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION CHARGES
  • The terms below relate to services advertised on this website that need to be paid in advance:
  1. If you cancel the service BEFORE the specified writing work has started, you will be entitled to a 100% refund.
  2. If you cancel the service AFTER the specified writing work has started, we reserve the right to charge a proportion of the full fee. This proportion will relate to the amount of the work done. You will be refunded the remainder.

Digital products

Where the website offers downloadable digital products, the following terms apply:

  1. If payment is made for a downloadable digital product e.g. a collection of Best Man’s gags, but there is a technical problem preventing the buyer (“you”) from accessing said product then alternative means to provide the digital product will be used. If it still proves impossible for the buyer to gain possession of the product then the buyer will be entitled to a full refund.
  2. Marc Blakewill retains copyright of the material (excepting photographs) contained within all downloadable products available on this website. This material can be used for your personal use e.g. in your speech. This material may not be reproduced otherwise, in part or in whole, without the expression permission of the author, Marc Blakewill.
